Still getting used to setting it up for different movements but it feels great. Targets the muscle well and I get a great mind muscle connection and pump, incline curls are amazing with it

I've used the arm trainer twice so far for both incline and spider curls and I'm happy with the purchase. It works to isolate my biceps so I get more of a mind-muscle connection (and even a better pump)
This is the best arm blaster out there. I have purchased several, and none of them were in the same ballpark. The comfort and ease of use, is unrivaled.
compact, sturdy, nice design.
Loving this arm blaster. Used it today and definitely had great stability and really helped me focus on the biceps
Excellent for incline curls. Highly recommended.
Haven’t fully used it yet, but I will be. I’m not wanting them tight to do gym photos of me working out, but I see the potential for it then very useful in my journey to getting back in shape.
Great addition to my gym! Quick and easy to set up and tear back down to store aside. The arm isolating pads have multiple notched width and configuration options that makes this a multi-purpose tool. Wish I had your purchased this sooner.
love it
Game changer, no more pain in my left shoulder while curling.
I’m only able to use it for the preacher curl option, but it’s a solid piece and a great purchase. Let the guns grow!
Great material
Really grateful for an honest, fair-priced high-quality company making honest, fair-priced high-quality products. Thank you for not planning obsolescence and actually choosing QUALITY
Works great and is everything it’s advertised to be. Love this product
Does exactly what I need it to do and more. Very well built.
It's a really well made piece of equipment! Works really well for isolation of biceps! Works with my garage bench. Doesn't fit the large center beam bench at the club gym. But love it nonetheless.
Absolutely love it!!!
The Arm Trainer is a very high quality piece of equipment that I'm sure will last me for a very long time
Works better then the original version
Just an outstanding piece of equipment. Like most arm blaster devices, it really isolates those biceps. Yet, this one has the versatility of attaching onto a bench for preacher curls and the padding on the arm rests make it much more comfortable.
Great product, easy way to add preacher curls to my gym without taking up any more space.
Super comfortable and I love that you can customize the placement of the arm pads.
Great product. Very well made - solid. It does exactly what it says it will do. Really enjoy using it for incline curls.
Great!
A++ service and delivery. Really does well perfecting the form.
Great addition to the home gym! Awesome! Get one & build those guns!
I love the versatility of this product.
With limited space in my home gym the NOCO Arm Trainer is a key tool to help isolate arms without the need for more big bulky equipment. Being able to bench mount it is an awesome feature and allows for great stretch on incline hanging curls
Rugged, versatile and very easy to use.
I really like the build of this arm trainer. The neck strap is comfortable and doesn’t dog into the back of your neck like many do. Also the ability to attach it on a bench far exceeds any other arm trainer on the market. I recently packed it on a trip I took. The hotel only had dumbbells, a bench and treadmills. The week I was gone from my gym didn’t go to waste.
Great product, getting awesome gains. Thank you very much.
Well designed and perfect for my home gym. I’ve been lifting at home for 7 years. This blew my arms up the first time I used it.
Came quick and works great! Solid add on to any home gym
Works exactly as advertised. Great for iso work
The new arm blaster
Súper bueno
Great product works well
Great quality and exactly what I was looking for to increase results in my weight training.
I have used various arm blasters over the years and thus one is truly unique. I really like the attach to a bench feature.
